This report is based on a survey of the Acuiti Hedge Fund Network, a group of derivatives-focused senior executives at hedge funds across the global market. Each quarter members of the network input topics and questions into the survey. This quarter we focus on how firms are finding and retaining their talent. Additionally, we investigate where hedge funds are controlling costs in an uncertain economic environment.
